Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with KOLs in the industry.
- Collaborate with KOLs to negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships and contracts, ensure all contracts and agreements with KOLs adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Plan and execute collaborative content strategies with KOLs, including guest posts, interviews, social media content, participation in brand events, and or launches.
- Work with Content and Creative team to create high-quality content and to align KOL strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvements.
- Manage the budget allocated for KOL partnerships and campaigns effectively.
- Provide regular reports to management on the impact of KOL campaigns and the ROI of KOL partnerships.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or KOL marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the luxury and high-end industry, e.g. understand what type of content or KOLs that aligns with our audience pool
- An existing network and relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, or industry
experts. - Exceptional communication skills in building and maintaining relationships with KOLs an other stakeholders, including contract negotiation..
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously.
- Familiarity with KOL marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
