Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and editing a variety of copy materials, including brand campaigns, event announcements, website content, social media posts, ads, and blog articles.
- Execute copywriting tasks based on given briefs and guidance, with attention to detail and adherence to brand tone of voice.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and communication standards across all touchpoints.
- Support quality control through proofreading, fact-checking, and applying feedback promptly to improve deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, design and social media, to align messaging and creative direction.
- Utilize tools such as Trello and AI writing assistants to streamline work processes.
- Learn and grow under mentorship, with opportunities for skill development and exposure to real-world copywriting projects.
- Stay updated and actively research current market trends in luxury design (watches, bags, and beauty) to enrich copywriting with relevant industry context.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Passion for writing and strong writing skills in both English and Indonesian, with attention to detail and the ability to follow brand tone and guidelines.
- Curious, fast learner, and proactive in asking the right questions to move tasks forward.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, flow, and clarity.
- Open-minded and responsive to feedback, with the ability to apply suggestions constructively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, showing reliability and accountability.
- Familiarity with Trello and AI writing tools (ChatGPT,etc.) is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in copywriting or content creation is preferred, but fresh learners with potential are welcome.
- Eagerness to learn about brand tone of voice and maintain consistency in copywriting style.
- Have a personal computer that can be used for work (either Mac OS, or Windows OS)
