Responsibilities:
Identify and execute new growth opportunities to expand Luxehouze’s fashion business.
Lead strategic initiatives to accelerate go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
Conduct analysis of key business metrics to uncover insights and propose actionable recommendations.
Perform sales and performance gap analysis to diagnose issues and identify improvement levers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
Deliver structured performance reports and dashboards for management.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
Monitor ongoing sales performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize strategies to boost transaction volume, repeat purchases, and adoption.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the fashion, retail, consulting, and/or FMCG industries.
Accustomed to working in a strategy and operations environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
