About Luxehouze
Responsibilities:
• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies
• Translate complex user behaviors into clear insights, opportunity areas, and product recommendations
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to shape product discovery, validation, and prioritization
• Conduct research across multiple domains such as customer acquisition, conversion, trust, post-purchase experience, and internal tools
• Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and insight repositories to support long-term product strategy
• Support experimentation by defining research hypotheses, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks
• Present research findings confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing roadmap and strategic decisions
• Ensure research practices are ethical, unbiased, and aligned with Luxehouze’s luxury brand positioning.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Product Research, UX Research, or related fields, preferably in tech, marketplace, or e-commerce environments
• Strong experience conducting qualitative research (interviews, usability testing) with the ability to complement with quantitative methods
• Proven ability to translate research findings into practical, business-relevant insights
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to influence without authority
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple research streams
