We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Role Highlights
- Own end-to-end P&L for assigned category (Fashion and/or Watches), with full accountability on revenue, margin, and inventory movement
- Define and execute commercial strategy to drive demand, conversion, and revenue growth across all channels (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, marketplaces)
- Identify and unlock revenue opportunities across Indonesia and Singapore markets
- Drive demand generation by setting clear direction for Marketing team (performance, CRM, brand, partnerships)
- Optimize sales channels (website, reseller network, marketplaces) to improve conversion and revenue efficiency
- Develop pricing, promotion, and inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and cash flow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Sales teams to execute growth initiatives
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and take decisive actions to achieve revenue targets
- Build scalable playbooks for category growth and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- 6 - 10+ years of experience in business strategy, category management, or commercial roles (preferably in fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce)
- Proven track record of building or scaling a business from 0 →1 or early-stage, including setting up foundational commercial strategies and driving initial traction
- Strong P&L ownership experience with clear accountability on revenue, margin, and inventory movement
- Highly execution-driven with the ability to translate strategy into immediate actions and results
- Experience managing multi-channel businesses (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, marketplaces)
- Strong commercial instinct with deep understanding of demand generation, conversion, and revenue levers
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure from scratch (processes, playbooks, ways of working)
- Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working in a lean, high-pressure environment with direct exposure to leadership
- Experience in Indonesia market is required; exposure to Singapore market is a plus
