Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: This involves working with senior management to develop sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. It includes setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and determining the best approaches to achieve revenue goals. 
  • Sales Process Optimization: Evaluating and improving sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This may involve implementing CRM systems, refining lead generation and qualification processes, and optimizing sales workflows.
  • Training and Development: Providing training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. This ensures sales representatives are equipped to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Performance Analysis and ReportingMonitoring sales performance against targets and OKRs (Objective Key Results). Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Regular reporting to management on sales performance and strategy effectiveness is also a key responsibility.
  • Sales Compliance / Risk Monitoring: Monitoring sales compliance with all company regulations and identifying risks that could expose the company's business sustainability.


Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, FMCG, or automobile sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Strong strategic mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
