Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for multi country websites, conducting keyword research for different regions.
Perform technical SEO audits, resolve issues, and optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking.
Ensure website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical SEO best practices are met.
Optimize on-page elements, including content, meta tags, headers, images, and implement schema markup and structured data.
Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO goals.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and others, providing actionable insights and regular reports.
Work closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices across all aspects of the website and marketing strategies.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on managing multi country websites and a proven track record of successful SEO strategies for large websites.
Proficiency in WordPress, including making technical SEO changes, and a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies.
Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc., and the ability to analyze complex data sets to draw actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek for hybrid working in Jakarta.
