We are looking for a Digital Sales Supervisor, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics

  • Generate new business opportunities on an assigned territory, manage pipeline, opportunities, and other items related to normal outside sales function

  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and objectives.

  • Build and garner the digital community by replying to inquiries promptly.

  • Provide feedback to the team to continually improve content quality.

  • Monitoring sales flow, stock, and shipment.

  • Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing ongoing support and consultation about new products and services through digital channels.

  • Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data, such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates

  • Providing service through our digital platforms to buyers by answering inquiries about our products and services

  • Identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from Luxehouze's products and services


Requirements:
  • Experience: 1–2 years in luxury sales (watches/bags preferred) with end-to-end SWU process handling.

  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury brands, products, and market trends.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM, e-commerce system in an advantage, multichannel platforms, and digital communication (Email, Social Media).

  • Communication: Fluent in English (written/verbal) with strong presentation and research skills.

  • Soft Skills: Fast learner, energetic, target-oriented, and high integrity.

  • Work Style: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
