What You Will Own

In this role, you will be accountable for:


  • Supervise daily operations of the retail sales team to ensure smooth functioning and optimal sales performance
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales performance
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements and adjustments to meet sales objectives
  • Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.

This is an accountability role. Ownership and follow-through are expected.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the premium retail market
