We are looking for a B2B Fashion Acquisition, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:
  • Actively acquire fashion luxury resellers to join Luxehouze’s B2B platform
  • Leverage existing personal networks within Jakarta’s luxury fashion reseller ecosystem (bazaars, communities, offline hubs, etc.)
  • Onboard resellers end-to-end: outreach → qualification → registration → first transaction
  • Drive early transactions, not just sign-ups (focus on activation & first purchase)
  • Educate resellers on Luxehouze’s value proposition, pricing, and product assortment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key reseller groups and community leaders
  • Identify high-potential resellers and prioritize those most likely to transact
  • Gather market feedback from resellers (pricing, demand, barriers) and share insights with internal teams
  • Support presence and participation in relevant fashion bazaars, reseller events, and
    offline activations
  • Work closely with internal category, ops, and finance teams to ensure smooth reseller experience


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fashion B2B sales, reseller acquisition, or wholesale business
  • Strong existing network within Jakarta’s luxury fashion reseller market
    (e.g. fashion bazaars, reseller communities, STC-related ecosystem, boutique owners)
  • Deep understanding of luxury fashion resellers’ buying behavior and pain points
  • Track record of closing deals and driving transactions, not just partnerships
  • Highly proactive, street-smart, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with offline relationship-building (events, meetups, community
    engagement)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and thrive in an early-stage / fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with Jakarta fashion market is a must
  • Experience working with marketplaces, distributors, or luxury platforms is a plus
