We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify campaign goals, target audiences, and performance expectations. Design campaign strategies, including budget planning, bidding approaches, audience segmentation, and ad format selection to maximize outcomes.
  • Execute and oversee digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or other channels. Regularly monitor performance metrics and leverage data insights to refine targeting, creative, and bid strategies.
  • Manage bids and budgets efficiently to meet key KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and conversion objectives. Track spend and pacing to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Evaluate campaign results, analyze attribution models, and generate actionable insights. Prepare clear and concise reports with findings, recommendations, and strategic next steps for stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools to track campaign outcomes. Familiarity with Supermetrics or tracking integrations is advantageous.
  • Plan and conduct A/B tests and controlled experiments to assess the impact of different strategies, creatives, landing pages, or audience segments. Apply insights to continuously enhance campaign performance.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, creative, and analytics, product—to ensure campaign alignment, timely execution, and consistent messaging.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and biddable media. Share knowledge and innovative ideas with the team to enhance campaign results.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, particularly on biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, or other platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights for optimization.
  • Proficiency in campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of bidding strategies, bid management tools, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with core digital marketing concepts, including PPC, display advertising, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital advertising environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
