Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill the staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all roles.
  • Manage & develop all talent acquisitions team, and other assigned team members.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including resume review, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
  • Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including manpower planning (MPP), to align with business objectives and ensure the organization meets its current and future hiring needs.
  • Analyze the data, evaluate the findings and insights, identify key issues, and translate them into actionable solutions or initiatives.
  • Ensure talent acquisition team sources candidates according to requirements with the highest quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and readiness of work support equipment for new hires.
  • Implement and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKR)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aligned with the organizational goals that are related to recruitment.
  • Monitor and maintain recruitment performance metrics, providing regular reports to superiors as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Initiate and execute innovative employer branding activities to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a minimum of 5 years' experience

  • Strong in data analysis and problem solving

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with legal requirements related to the hiring process.

  • Proficiency in setting and monitoring OKRs/KPIs.

  • Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
