Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill the staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of all roles.
- Manage & develop all talent acquisitions team, and other assigned team members.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including resume review, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including manpower planning (MPP), to align with business objectives and ensure the organization meets its current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze the data, evaluate the findings and insights, identify key issues, and translate them into actionable solutions or initiatives.
- Ensure talent acquisition team sources candidates according to requirements with the highest quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and readiness of work support equipment for new hires.
- Implement and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKR)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aligned with the organizational goals that are related to recruitment.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment performance metrics, providing regular reports to superiors as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Initiate and execute innovative employer branding activities to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice.
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding, with a minimum of 5 years' experience
Strong in data analysis and problem solving
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with legal requirements related to the hiring process.
Proficiency in setting and monitoring OKRs/KPIs.
Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
