● Handle customer inquiries, styling advice, and product suggestions through online chat
interaction
● Provide personalized fashion consultations to help clients select products that match their
lifestyle, preferences, and occasions.
● Build strong customer relationships by offering exceptional service and ensuring a luxury
shopping experience.
● Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented
approach.
● Monitor sales flow, product availability, and stock to ensure smooth customer
transactions.
● Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed in line with brand
standards and seasonal trends.
● Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, product launches, and brand stories to deliver
knowledgeable recommendations.
● Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to continuously improve
service and product offerings.

in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
● 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury sales, or a related customer-facing role.
● Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and luxury brand products.
● Background in hospitality or luxury customer service is a strong plus.
● Familiarity with digital tools for client engagement (e.g., WhatsApp, email, social media,
online chat).
● Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages
are an advantage.
● Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
● Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Fast learner with problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
