Responsibilities
Assisting in beauty product research, market research, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury industry
Study and research the beauty authentication process w (local and global practices) and create an internal guidebook
Benchmark authenticity practices from key players
Identify credible sources for authentication
Stay updated on relevant regulations related to product authenticity
Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree from a top reputable university, majoring in Chemistry, Science, Data, or a related field
Open to candidates with experience as Make Up Artists, in beauty-related roles, or those who are passionate about the beauty industry—especially in luxury beauty
Based in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) when required
Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new information systems and digital tools
Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and effective problem-solving
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
