Job descriptions:

  • Convert inbound leads into closed deals through effective communication, product consultation, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
  • Analyze prospects’ needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience by applying hospitality principles both online and during offline engagements.
  • Utilize sales data and customer behavior insights to identify bottlenecks in the conversion process and propose analytical, data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads and sales materials aligned with Luxehouze’s brand voice. 
  • Provide performance reports based on key metrics, including conversion rates, sales cycles, and market insights.
  • Conduct offline engagements (when required), such as private viewings or meetings, to support client purchase decisions. 
  • Stay updated on trends and market dynamics in the luxury watch industry to offer relevant and up-to-date consultations.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role; experience in the luxury watch or luxury retail industry is a strong advantage.
  • Proven track record in converting inbound leads into successful sales.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales obstacles.
  • Background in hospitality or high-end customer service is highly preferred, to ensure premium client experiences both online and offline.
  • Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms (e.g., website chat, email, WhatsApp, social media). 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up processes.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging product presentations, both virtually and in person. 
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced luxury sales environment. 
  • Energetic, personable, and able to build trust with high-net-worth clients. 
  • Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia 
  • Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy 
  • Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team 
  • Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance 
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
