Job descriptions:
Convert inbound leads into closed deals through effective communication, product consultation, and consistent follow-ups.
Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics.
Analyze prospects’ needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize conversion opportunities.
Deliver a premium customer experience by applying hospitality principles both online and during offline engagements.
Utilize sales data and customer behavior insights to identify bottlenecks in the conversion process and propose analytical, data-driven solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality inbound leads and sales materials aligned with Luxehouze’s brand voice.
Provide performance reports based on key metrics, including conversion rates, sales cycles, and market insights.
Conduct offline engagements (when required), such as private viewings or meetings, to support client purchase decisions.
Stay updated on trends and market dynamics in the luxury watch industry to offer relevant and up-to-date consultations.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales or a related role; experience in the luxury watch or luxury retail industry is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in converting inbound leads into successful sales.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales obstacles.
Background in hospitality or high-end customer service is highly preferred, to ensure premium client experiences both online and offline.
Familiarity with digital sales tools and platforms (e.g., website chat, email, WhatsApp, social media).
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up processes.
Ability to create and deliver engaging product presentations, both virtually and in person.
Quick learner, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced luxury sales environment.
Energetic, personable, and able to build trust with high-net-worth clients.
Good notion in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Target oriented, high integrity and trustworthy
Eager to learn new things, able to work independently or in a team
Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and relevance
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
