We are looking for a Fashion Authenticator & QC Specialist, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Responsibilities:

Authenticate luxury fashion items (bags, shoes, ready-to-wear, and accessories) across multiple brands
Assess product condition and assign accurate grading
Ensure all items meet resale quality standards before listing
Collaborate with Operations, Buying, and Customer Service teams
Daily Quality control for both Inbound and Outbound at Ophir warehouse.
Stay updated on counterfeit trends and brand authentication techniques

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years experience in luxury retail, authentication, resale, or quality control
Strong knowledge of luxury brands (bags, shoes, RTW, and accessories)
Ability to identify authentic vs counterfeit products across multiple brands
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Familiar with material types (leather, textiles, hardware finishes)
Able to assess and grade product condition accurately
Organized and disciplined in documentation and data entry
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong integrity and sense of responsibility
Good team player with clear communication skills
