We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

Role Highlights
  • Own end-to-end P&L for assigned category (Fashion and/or Watches), with full accountability on revenue, margin, and inventory movement
  • Define and execute commercial strategy to drive demand, conversion, and revenue growth across all channels (B2B, B2C, e-commerce, marketplaces)
  • Identify and unlock revenue opportunities across Indonesia and Singapore markets
  • Drive demand generation by setting clear direction for Marketing team (performance, CRM, brand, partnerships)
  • Optimize sales channels (website, reseller network, marketplaces) to improve conversion and revenue efficiency
  • Develop pricing, promotion, and inventory strategies to maximize sell-through and cash flow
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply, and Sales teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and take decisive actions to achieve revenue targets
  • Build scalable playbooks for category growth and expansion

What We’re Looking For
  • 7–10 years of proven leadership experience, with a strong record of promotions and progression.
  • Track record in scaling businesses, leading strategy, or driving major initiatives.
  • Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or leading roles in top startups/MNCs/retail.
  • Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Solid in data, financial modeling, strategy, and execution.
  • Degree from a top-tier university (locally or internationally).
  • Passion for the luxury industry is a big plus.
