Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the retail sales team to ensure smooth functioning and optimal sales performance
Support the implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve sales performance

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvements and adjustments to meet sales objectives
Assist in the training and development of team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry, preferably in luxury goods, FMCG, or premium automobile sectors.
Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on approach to team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Passion for luxury goods and a deep understanding of the premium retail market.
